Northwest Interpreters Inc., d/b/a NWI Global, hereinafter NWI, respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. NWI believes that electronic commerce and e-mail is a vital and important tool in today’s business environment and identifying information exchanged over the Internet must be vigorously protected. Requesting and Storing Information
NWI may request identity information from any party contacting us including, but not limited to your first name, last name, title, company/organization name, phone/fax number, e-mail address and company business address. The prospective provider is under no obligation to provide the requested information to NWI. The purpose of requesting and acquiring this information is to keep track of entities who contact us about our services and to help better serve our clients and the profession itself. If the requested information is provided, we may store the information in our computer database for future reference. We may also use this information to inform relevant parties about upcoming NWI events, blog posts, company news or trade shows.
NWI does not: sell, distribute, rent, or otherwise provide to a third party any information you provide to us unless it has been mutually agreed to beforehand. NWI adheres to HIPAA and all other applicable regulations. NWI does not employ “spam” techniques or any unsolicited advertising to e-mail addresses that are provided to us.
NWI distributes e-mails and/or phone calls from our corporate office to: persons, staff employees, interpreters/translators, persons or businesses whom have specifically requested it, as a courtesy, or to other businesses and/or persons with whom we have a prior and pre-existing professional relationship.
There may be times where we share non-identifying information to third party such as: advertisers, sponsors, business associates, webmasters and other related professionals. Non-identifying information may include: the “number of hits” the website receives, website design and/or consultation or any other piece of general information about our website to further and advance the content for user benefit.
