Frances currently works as a Project Manager at NWI Global. She is a German native and earned a Master’s Degree in American Literature, Sociology, and Philosophy from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.

After completing her studies, she moved from Germany to the United States. Over the past 15 years, Frances has developed expertise in the localization industry, contributing to global communication, bridging linguistic gaps and connecting people across different languages.

She is a strong advocate for cross-cultural understanding and continues to explore new horizons through extensive travels in her free time.
